Cancellation Policy Cancellations received in writing (a faxed letter is acceptable) by August 1, 2003, will be honored with a full refund of the conference registration fee. Cancellations after August 1, 2003 will not be honored with a refund. A substitute from the same organization may take the place of a registered attendee, or the conference registration fee may be applied to another conference hosted by Gilder Publishing within one year of the date of the conference to which registrant was originally registered.
